But there are others who think the experiment isn’t over, that the Back Door still has vital lessons to teach about democracy and rule of law. Perhaps China still needs a few rebels – at a safe distance, of course.

我記得我讀過的書裡面，最直接說中國應該實行聯邦制的，應該是大前研一了。其實古今中外很多學者都曾經對中國這個龐大的國家的地域進行了各種各樣的劃分。
其實我本人對中國要不要實行聯邦制或者這是不是歷史的必然這些問題還是有所保留。但是就其劃分標準以及劃分結果，我還是相當的感興趣的。
