某位演讲专家的建议：要让你的发言有说服力，首先要把自己从讲台里引出来。讲台是每个发言者的心理安全堡垒，但躲在堡垒后面，你的肢体动作就没有传达至受众眼里。而眼是人类接受信息的最主要方式，没有肢体动作的发言，会减少70%左右的感染力。

怎么样调动演讲受众的关注度？其中一条就是使用有人脸的图片。为啥？这是人类早期在森林中培养的兽性——看脸能最快分辨对方是同胞还是异族，这0.1秒的速度，常常意味着生死之差。

最近英文维基百科就搞了一个测试：用不同的方式请求维基访客捐赈。而最成功的方式（捐赈率领先其他方式数十倍），正是用了Jimmy那沧桑脸的banner。统计图片来源。

其实诺贝尔才是跨世纪的超级喷子，而且喷得你毫无还手之力。

今天让我非常自豪的一点是，我们团队的同事都对和平奖的颁发结果表示赞同。更有趣的是，他们对当年发生的事情都相当了解（除了比我年轻的毕业生，不过这也是情有可原的），其中有个家伙还写过一篇25页的论文，也有人的父母参与了当年的抗争，更有人签了不合法的宪章。这都是进步，社会发展不可避免的进步。你的努力没有白费，和平奖获得者。
